Two steps to get in
6-digit code by email
After the password, LoadKeel sends a 6-digit code to your email. You need both to sign in.
Remembered browsers
After a code, that browser is remembered for 7 days, or 30 if you tick “Remember me for 30 days”. Changing your password forgets every remembered browser.
Lockout on wrong passwords
After repeated wrong passwords the account is locked, which stops anyone from guessing their way in.
Access checked on the server
Hiding a menu item is not security. LoadKeel checks every action on the server against the user’s role.
Role-based access
Seven roles, from owner to view-only accounting. Each person can do only what their role allows.
Your company, sealed off
Each company’s data is kept completely separate from every other company on LoadKeel.
Private books per broker
Brokers see only their own customers, loads and invoices. Owners and admins see everything.
Records and backups
Audit log
Key actions are recorded in an audit log, including every question asked of the AI assistant.
Encrypted connections
Everything between your browser and LoadKeel travels over HTTPS.
Nightly backups
Your data is backed up every night, with a copy kept off-site.
