Seven roles, each seeing what it needs

Invite your team and pick a role for each person. Access is checked on the server for every action, not just hidden in the menu.

Role	What they can do
Owner / Admin	Everything in the company: all loads, customers, carriers, accounting, users and settings.
Operations Manager	Own loads and customers. Manages carriers, including approval and blacklisting, and the users below them.
Broker	The full load cycle on their own book: customers, contracts and rates, loads, carrier assignment, dispatch, documents and invoices.
Dispatcher	Own loads end to end: create, assign a carrier, dispatch, track, documents and invoices.
Sales Rep	Own customers, contracts and rates. Creates loads and assigns carriers.
Accounting	All invoices and carrier payments. Records customer payments and runs aging and financial reports.
Accounting (view only)	Read-only access to financial data, for an auditor or outside accountant.

Private books, shared carriers

Each broker sees only their own customers, loads, invoices and load documents.

Carriers and their documents are shared company-wide, so everyone books from the same vetted list.

Owners and admins see every broker, load, customer and dollar across the company.

User management

Add users from Settings, choose their role and send the invite. People can only grant roles below their own.
