What is LoadKeel?
LoadKeel is a cloud transportation management system (TMS) for US freight brokerages. It takes every load from quote to paid invoice: loads, rate confirmations, carrier vetting, accounting and an AI assistant in one system.

Do I need to install anything?
No. LoadKeel runs in your web browser.
How much does it cost?
$59 per user per month, with a minimum of $199 per month that covers up to 3 users. Every feature is included. See pricing.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time.
Can I try it first?

Can each broker keep their own customers private?
Yes. Each broker sees only their own customers, loads and invoices. Owners and admins see everything.
Who can see our carriers?
Carriers are shared company-wide, so every broker books from the same vetted carrier base. Approving or blacklisting a carrier is limited to managers and admins.
Where does the carrier data come from?
Carrier authority, insurance and safety data come from the US FMCSA. Carrier Finder uses the official FMCSA carrier census of active for-hire carriers, refreshed nightly.
Can LoadKeel make rate confirmations with my logo?
Yes. Rate confirmations and BOLs are created in one click from the load, with your logo, MC and DOT numbers.
Is the AI assistant an extra cost?
No. It is included for every user.
Can the AI assistant change my data?
No. It never changes data on its own. It can draft a load for you, and you review and confirm it. It only sees what the signed-in user is allowed to see.
How is sign-in protected?
After your password, LoadKeel emails you a 6-digit code. A browser you sign in on is remembered for 7 days, or 30 if you tick “Remember me for 30 days”. Repeated wrong passwords lock the account. See security.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is backed up every night, with a copy kept off-site.
Can our outside accountant get access?
Yes. The Accounting (view only) role gives read-only access to financial data.
