Privacy notice
How we handle the information you give us on this website and in the demo form.
Last updated October 21, 2026
Who we are
This website is run by LoadKeel, a Syscode Technology product (“we”, “us”). This notice covers loadkeel.com and the demo request form. It does not cover the LoadKeel app itself, which your company signs up for separately.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name
- your work email
- your company
- your phone number, MC number and team size, if you give them
- your message, if you write one
Like most websites, our server also keeps standard logs of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you and arrange a demo. That’s it. We don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. The service providers that host this website and our email see it only so they can run those services for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for our conversation with you about LoadKeel. When that conversation is over, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reply to any email from us and say so.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
